KUIconnect! - Reception Operator License

A Reception Operator License is for employees that will be taking incoming sessions directly from the internet from any link on your website. The minimum number of Reception Operators is 1. There is no limit to the number of Operators.

The cost of a KUIconnect! - Reception Operator License is approximately:

AUD $12.00 per week.* (Plus GST if purchased in Australia).

KUIconnect! - Consultant Operator License

A Consultant Operator License is for employees that will have sessions transferred to them from a Reception Operator. You can have everyone in the company on the system or selected employees, the choice is up to you.

You must have at least one Reception Operator License to add any Consultant Operators to your system.

The cost of a KUIconnect! - Consultant Operator License is:

AUD $3.00 per week. (Plus GST if purchased in Australia).

* Length of contract and payment for Consultant Operator is the same as the main KUIconnect! Reception Operator contract.

KUIcontact! - Direct to Consultant Link License

Each Consultant Operator can opt for a Direct to Consultant Link License. The people that have these links can insert them in to their emails, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, etc and if the recipient/reader is online and they click on the link then it will go directly to the Consultant Operator's desktop bypassing the main reception. This is like telephoning someone's direct extension rather than going through the main switchboard.

Individuals can purchase this link as a stand alone solution. The minimum contract is 12 months and there is an initial registration of AUD $50 to install. (GST is applicable if purchased in Australia).

AUD $3.00 per week.* (Plus GST if purchased in Australia).

* Length of contract and payment for Direct to Consultant Link is the same as the main KUIconnect! Reception Operator contract.

There is an installation fee for KUIconnect!

Initial installation: AUD $250 (Once-off fee). (Plus GST if purchased in Australia).

Optional Customisation of Login and Chat windows: AUD $250 (Plus GST if purchased in Australia).

The customisation has certain restrictions and you will need to consult with a Globalise Sales Consultant or Reseller to get the exact specifications and what is permitted in a customisation. The purpose of customising is to ensure the chat windows have the same look and feel as your website.
